Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
Qualifications which are recognised by REPS Tunisia have been accredited by an
international awarding body to ensure quality and standards. Click here to see a list of approved
training providers and the qualifications they offer which give entry to REPS or can add an extra
category to your profile.
CATEGORIES
- The Accredited Provider commits via a contract with the National Register to be a REPS Tunisia partner for a minimum of two consecutive years.
- The Accredited Provider has been in operation for a minimum of 12 years with at least 15,000 certificated graduates.
- The Accredited Provider has no fewer than four education sites with fully equipped classrooms and at each site has standalone student-only gyms for practical delivery.
- The Accredited Provider has specific internal departments with dedicated teams demonstrating a clear hierarchy within the organization (not limited to but including as mandatory: Internal Quality Assurance, Student support, Certification, Enrolment to include counselling sessions, employment placement service).
- All essential and desirable systems are in place and teaching, learning and assessments are tailored to the needs of ALL learners proactively, with evidence of consistency over a period.
- Management, administration staff and delivery team are proactively involved with learners in contributing and improving the quality of their journey, and there is significant evidence of improvements/changes being made because of consultation between all involved in the provision of training.
- The Accredited Provider has sufficient and current policies and procedures for all of the Centre’s systems with strategy and systems to inform, enroll and induct learners on the Centre’s program.
- All programs are listed in line with REPS Tunisia guidelines.
- All staff are appropriately qualified and experienced to manage, teach, assess and internally quality assure the program(s).
- All learners are provided with sufficient approved learning resources that meet 100% of the REPs Tunisia standards and have access to fair and robust assessments that meet REPS Tunisia criteria.
- The Accredited Provider has a system for secure storage and maintain strict confidentiality of assessment data.
- All Centre staff, programs and learner cohorts are sampled by qualified Internal Quality Assurer(s), who also host regular standardisation meetings.
- The Accredited Provider has an appropriate education site(s) and facilities for teaching, learning and assessments with a practical environment and sufficient equipment for skills training.
